Michele P. Fuller is the founder of Michigan Law Center, PLLC; and President of Advocacy, Inc., a non-profit organization serving as a trustee of special needs trusts and settlement trusts. Her law practice focuses on special needs planning and settlement planning.
Michele proudly served as Special Assistant Attorney General for the $600 million Flint Water Case where she also designed the settlement process. She was inducted as a Fellow of the Academy of Court-Appointed Neutrals because of her work in that case. She also advocated as co-counsel on behalf of the minor patient claimants in the $13 million Hawthorn class action matter.
